Terms of Service and Platform Rules

Rules for using DuckRoute accounts, routing flows, AI White Pages, subscriptions, API access and analytics.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service and Platform Rules govern access to and use of DuckRoute, including the website, customer cabinet, routing flows, AI White Page tools, analytics, API access, billing workflows, referral features and related services.

By creating an account, logging in, starting a trial, using the dashboard or accessing the service through an API key, you agree to these Terms. If you use DuckRoute for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, magic links, verification links, API keys, account devices and team access.

You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, API key leakage, abusive use or security incidents connected with your account.

3. Trial and subscription access

DuckRoute may offer trial access, paid subscription plans, usage limits, event limits, flow limits, White Page limits and feature limits. Access can be reduced, suspended or disabled when a trial ends, a subscription expires, payment fails, abuse is detected or required verification is incomplete.

Plan features, prices, usage limits and billing periods may change for future billing periods. Any paid access is subject to payment provider processing and confirmation.

4. Acceptable use

You may use DuckRoute only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, advertising network requirements, privacy rules, consumer protection rules and third-party terms that apply to your campaigns.

You are responsible for your traffic sources, campaign content, target pages, White Pages, tracking configuration, offers, landing pages, claims, audience selection, data collection notices and consent flows.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use DuckRoute to commit fraud, steal data, distribute malware, abuse networks, violate privacy rights, impersonate others, bypass legal obligations, infringe intellectual property, attack systems or operate campaigns that are illegal in the relevant jurisdictions.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, sublicense, interfere with, scan, exploit or bypass the security controls of DuckRoute or its infrastructure.

  • No malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, botnet control or unauthorized system access.
  • No use that violates applicable advertising, privacy, sanctions, payment, consumer protection or platform rules.
  • No sharing, selling or leaking API keys, private routes, internal endpoints or account credentials.
  • No automated abuse, excessive requests, benchmark scraping, vulnerability probing or denial-of-service activity.

6. Customer content and campaign data

You retain ownership of your campaign configuration, White Page prompts, target URLs, source labels, event data and other content you submit to DuckRoute. You grant DuckRoute the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, transform and analyze that content to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit customer content and campaign data to DuckRoute.

7. AI White Pages and generated output

AI White Page tools help generate page drafts, copy, structure and assets for operational use. Generated output may require review, editing, legal checking and quality control before publication.

You are responsible for verifying generated content, ensuring it is accurate for your campaign, and making sure it complies with law, advertising policies, intellectual property rules and any industry-specific requirements.

8. Routing decisions and analytics

DuckRoute provides traffic routing controls, risk signals, manual filters, event logs and analytics. These tools support operational decisions but do not guarantee that every visitor, bot, reviewer, proxy, VPN, scraper, crawler or automated browser will be classified correctly.

You are responsible for monitoring campaign performance, reviewing logs, setting appropriate filters, testing integrations and confirming that your use of routing decisions is lawful.

9. APIs and integrations

API keys and integrations must be used only for your authorized account operations. You must secure API keys, rotate exposed keys, use IP allowlists where appropriate and avoid excessive or abusive requests.

We may rate limit, suspend or revoke API access when needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, investigate incidents or enforce these Terms.

10. Referrals and credits

Referral credits, promotional balances, discounts and trial benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements, verification, anti-abuse checks and product limits. We may reject, reverse or adjust referral rewards if we detect self-referrals, fake accounts, payment abuse or other manipulation.

Credits generally have no cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise and may be applied only according to the product billing rules.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account violates these Terms, creates risk for the service, fails payment, causes security concerns, violates law or harms other users, vendors, infrastructure or third parties.

You may stop using DuckRoute at any time. Some records may be retained as required for billing, security, audit, legal compliance, dispute resolution and enforcement.

12. Disclaimers

DuckRoute is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific campaign outcomes, approval by ad platforms, specific conversion rates or perfect threat detection.

You are responsible for your campaigns, compliance, business decisions, target pages, advertising claims, legal review, tracking setup and third-party platform relationships.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuckRoute and its operators, affiliates, vendors and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, campaign interruption or business losses.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for DuckRoute during the period allowed by applicable law.

14. Changes to the service and terms

We may update the product, add or remove features, change limits, adjust billing behavior, revise these Terms or publish additional rules. The effective date shows when the current Terms became active.

Continued use of DuckRoute after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Contact and notices

Operational notices may be delivered through the product, by email, through billing providers or by updates to the website. Legal or account questions should be sent through the official support channel available in the product or through the current company contact published by the operator.
